Hanu, meaning to "inhale" in 'olelo Hawai'i (the Hawaiian language) expresses the importance of connecting to our breath and our inherent spirit within. This design represents our remembrance to connect to our breath, while allowing our body to fully embrace the present moment. When we Hanu, we breathe in the mana (life force energy) that flows through all of us. This mana is what makes us one with all of creation. When we Ha (exhale) we share our very essence, spirit, and soul love with all of creation.
