Pono Settler Course - Online

The Pono Settler Course is a one of a kind immersive course on Hawaiian History, Cultural Values, and Appropriate Practices for Hawaii residents (settlers) of non-Hawaiian descent. This course focuses on proper education and integration into the lifestyle and consciousness that honorably serves the greater good of Hawai'i, our culture, and people. In this course, you will learn the important aspects of history, culture, and events that create the context for having a better understanding and therefore, responsibility as it pertains to Hawai'i. Our course looks to empower people into living PONO (righteous, aligned, harmonious) with the environment, kanaka maoli (aboriginal Hawaiians), kama'āina (native children of the land), and our collective culture developed over 2,000 years. When this course is completed, you will be amongst the 500 LIVE attendees who have completed this course and who have deepened their connection to Hawai'i, while enriching their lives at the same time.
